"After releasing some things and renewing my perspective at camp, I have made some mental and physical changes in my daily routine, and I am feeling much more optimistic. It is a comfort ot know that no matter how "big" my worries seem, our God is bigger."
Our work is all about raising up athletes, coaches, and community leaders to see and seize the opportunities God brings their way. I have been greatly encouraged these past few months to see some young athletes stepping out in faith.
Minnetonka vs. Wayzata. Oct. 20, 2009. Scoreless game. Huge rivalry. Wayzata, State Champs last year undefeated coming into the night had beat Minnetonka earlier in the season. Minnetonka wins the game 3-0 in overtime. Wayzata has a tradition of prayer after the game lead by their coaches and some students. We working with the coaching staff at Minnetonka and worked it out to invite the players to join with the Wayzata players after the game.
